Plain Jayne

Jayne had grown up an only child in a cookie cutter neighborhood, with cookie cutter parents to match. They were always there for Jayne but she never really could connect with them as she would've liked, while growing up. Working hard, and living by the rules of kindness were her parents' mottos, a good foundation to instill but lacking something in the emtiotional department. Jayne yearned for a best friend as well in her younger days, but to no avail. She was a bit too reserved to connect on that level with anyone and because of that, she was a loner.

Jayne had lost her virginity in high school like most teens, to a young man on the high school football team. He wasn't a player though; she got the water boy. She was horny and young then and she didn't really mind who it was. Jayne just knew that she wanted to be banged by a boy. She was expecting fireworks and heavenly sensations and instead got the most awful, disappointing experience of her life. For one thing, it was under the bleachers in the freezing rain without a blanket, and it lasted about a whole whopping thirty seconds. Jayne didn't even know if it was really in all the way.

Every encounter she ever had after that pretty much fell under the same category, a big fat F. Yes, F for you flunked fucking. But loneliness and time had gotten the better of Jayne. No longer would she be willing to sit back and envy everyone else's love life.

She was determined to change the course of her life, even without really knowing what would be in store for her. So now she rolled around restlessly under the covers in bed after she closed her eyes with a sigh. She lay awake half the night repeating in her mind her positive qualities, trying to teach herself to stay positive. Finally she fell asleep, dreaming of her chance to shine along with the brand new day that lay ahead.
